We negotiate with the entire market of lenders, not just accepting the first rate or product quoted, to get you products and rates which are not available to the open market.
DIP (Decision in principle)
Now we have sourced you a product you are happy with, it’s time to proceed. We submit a decision in principle on your behalf and handle the application process from there onwards, through to completion.
